How are clients counted? Per Instagram account, or per agency relationship?+
One client = one workspace. Most agencies map a workspace to an agency relationship (e.g. "Acme Skincare") — you can connect multiple Instagram accounts inside the same workspace if a client runs more than one (e.g. main brand + line extension).
Can I add my team without paying per seat?+
Yes. The Agency plan includes unlimited team seats. Add account managers, leadership, even external collaborators — no per-seat fee.
What if a client wants to log in themselves?+
Two options: give them a read-only Client Approver role scoped to their workspace, or skip the login entirely and use SMS/email approval links for scheduled posts. Most agencies prefer the link approach — clients don’t want another tool to learn.
How does pipeline data stay isolated between clients?+
Every workspace is a separate tenant at the data layer — different rows in the database, different AI conversation history, different team permission set. Even if an agency lead has access to all workspaces, deal data never aggregates across clients unless they explicitly request a rollup view.
What happens when we win a 9th client?+
Two paths: bump to the Scale plan for unlimited workspaces, or pay per additional workspace on Agency. Most agencies upgrade to Scale once they hit 12+ active clients — the math flips around then.
How long does onboarding actually take for an agency?+
